(More customer reviews)No, I do not run, my knees and ankles would hate me.
Still, what drew me to this product was a review that discussed the thermal management and oxygenation aspects of the suit. As you get older, your lower body circulation is reduced, and this product does seem to deliver on that claim.
What I can personally verify (since I don't have an oxygen censor) is that the suit provides high comfort levels on having all parts of your body kept warm. Even your feet, sticking out of the covers and suit remain pleasantly comfortable.
My other interest was thermal management. As I have gotten older, I occasionally have sweating bouts while asleep. Historically, this has resulted in damp bed-coverings and when my body temperature returns to normal, I get chills and wake up. I have already experienced one of these bouts while wearing the recovery suit. I know this mainly because the hair on my neck was damp. All of the body parts covered by the recovery suit were still warm and not really 'dry' but not wet either. Bed-coverings remained dry as well.
The one downside is since this is a one-piece suit, with the entry slot in the upper back, it can be nuisance when you go to the bathroom. The trade-off is probably the tights/shirt recovery items using the same fabrics; however, you save about $60.00 with the suit, so at least you can be happy with the inconvenience.
