(More customer reviews)Quick Facts: The cut is the standard American size, not a hard to fit Italian size, although it looks Italian. The lapels are high and pants are non-pleaded for a sleek look. In fact the whole suit is good at hiding a belly. Hard to tell from the online pictures, but the suit is black with shiny, reflective (syrup looking?) pin stripes. Looks black from afar, but striped up close - very trendy.
Review: I had not heard of this brand, and could not find it in any store to try on first. Also, I found a very very cheap price on a Calvin Klein "Michigan" suit, with similar stripes. However, CK suits (and its followers) use large shoulder padding, which looks funny on a wide shouldered or athletic man. I suggest you try them at Macy's first. Also CK still uses the 3-button blazers which (as of 2009) are going out of style. Still everyone has heard of CK, and no one has of Fiorelli. I took the plunge for this suit and thank God I did. Perfect shoulders on my wide frame, a sleek and trendy cut and design, it looks Italian (which is considered the more expensive in the suit world), and even though it is NOT wool, is feels great and breathes amazingly. This seller offers free hemming, but I forgot to email them, woops. At the local tailor, they thought the suit cost much more than it did! I wore it to the Law School graduation ceremony and Ball, where everyone complemented me on the suit, and again thought it cost much more than 150 bucks! Again, do not be afraid of Italian sizing and fit, these suits are cut in American form.
