(More customer reviews)I ordered from MensUSA a 2wk before my first wedding and then called them asking if i could get faster shipping, i was told yes for $30 they give me 2day shipping. 2days passed no tux, called and inquired what was going on they told me that the $30 was for 4days shipping. I then asked when i would recieve my order and what was the tracking number. They then told me oh we will shipp it today. If your following my complaint i called 4days after i placed the order and called inquiring where my tux was and told they had not even shipped it.. So much for the extra $30 i dropped for fast shipping. After hearing that my order had not even been shipped 4days after i had called and paid $30 for 2day shipping i said i wanted to cancel they then told me that i would lose the 30 for extra shipping even though they never shipped and that i had to pay a restocking fee. After i raised my voice over the fact that they were stealing my money they hung up on me after i dont know about 4hrs of calling the final person picked up said were canceling your order dont call us again or else and hung up on me. I got my money back minus the 30 and a 10% restocking fee, however after i had my family laywer call and talk to someone i was thus reimbused the the 30 and the 10%. DONT BUY!!! CHECK BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU YOULL SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SCREWED OVER BY THIS SCAMARTIST I MEAN THIS COMPANY! They have been removed off EBAY several times.
