We used it as a quality costume piece in a professional theatrical production I designed, and it fit the actor, right off the rack, as though it had been made for him. It was also priced so that it helped keep me within budget. At one point during the run, some stage makeup got on the jacket, and it cleaned right off, simply and easily.
