(More customer reviews)Good product, but customer service is somewhat sketchy. I received the sport coat and it's just as described. Had to order several times until I finally got the coat shipped to me. I think Jos A Bank could be better about managing their inventory, knowing what they have to sell, and keeping their offerings here in-sync. This is somewhat of a hassle, but I'll most probably buy from them again.
Readers, you may see this same text posted to all my purchases. I am posting this same review to all my purchases from Jos A Bank because my experiences have all been the same. In short, good products at good prices (though sometimes they're the same as what you'll find offered in their stores), but ordering on-line can be a hassle.
